Lightly flour your work surface. Roll the dough to a 1/4" thickness. Using a 5" round cutter, cut out the pie crust. You need 12 crust for this recipe. Roll the dough scraps to cut out all the pie crust. Spoon the peaches into the center of the crust. Moisten the crust edges with water. Fold the crust over the filling. Press the edges of the crust together.

Preheat the oven to 400°. Lightly spray your baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Place the turnovers on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until the turnovers are golden brown. Remove the turnovers from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Ice or glaze if desired.
